Domenico Dal Cero founded the winery Cà dei Frati in 1939, which is still a pure family business. The total annual production is about 400,000 bottles. Only 30% of the production is exported abroad. This wine had a short maceration period and, after temperature-controlled fermentation, was aged on its lees for 6 months and then in bottle for another 2 months.
