The Brown Brothers winery was founded in 1889 by John Francis Brown and is located in Milawa, Australia. Today, the family business is run by the fourth generation. Tasting notes:Dark, dense core with violet reflections. In the nose dry, after black currants and mocha. At the palate after dark fruits with well integrated tannins. Long lasting in the finish. Grape varieties: 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc. Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, ageing in American oak barrels. Drinking temperature: 17-19°C.
