Vereinte Winzer Blaufränkischland is a cooperative that selects and buys quality grapes from Central Burgenland and processes them in its own wine cellar. For the winegrowers who participate in this project it brings many advantages. Although the high quality standards result in a significant additional effort for the winegrowers, the cooperation with the cooperative is a win-win situation for both sides. The motto is therefore: "Central Burgenland under one roof"!Tasting notes:Intense ruby red with violet reflections in the glass. Very fruity on the nose, with hints of cherries and plums. On the palate the wine is very harmonious and drinkable. Long lasting finish. Grape variety: Blaufränkisch. Ageing: 16-18 months in once used French barrique. Soil: Loam, loess. Residual sugar: 1.0 g/l. Acidity: 5,4 g/l. Grape harvest: Beginning to middle of October. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. This wine is a complex food companion.
