The Abellio is produced according to the strict criteria of the abacus method. Worldwide, only 23 distilleries have the license to spiritualize the Abellio. It is a special apple brandy from the Styrian Apple Road region. Year after year, 15 apple men select the best and tastiest apple variety. The distillation of the Abellio is top secret and is only carried out by the 15 Applemen. After one year of storage it is subjected to a strict control before being released for sale.
